At Cute But Crazy Socks, we want your feet to be as happy as you are. If your new socks aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your socks are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags and header cards attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in a secure mailer, attach the return shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
